Shipping:
Canada - Depending on your location to me, it can take 3-5 days, but most of Canada shipping takes 7-12 business days.
*I ship with a flat rate box unless otherwise stated.*
US - Shipping takes 12-14 business days. Sometimes customs can take a little longer, so check on tracking periodically.
International - Shipping takes 2-4 weeks (business days) for delivery.
All shipping methods include tracking and $100CAD insurance. - If you need more insurance, please contact me as it's an extra fee.
*I am NOT responsible for any custom's fees (or tariffs) if they apply. - This is the buyer's responsibility.*
*It's the Post Office (FedEx, UPS, Purolator or another shipping company) responsiblility to get the package to you. - Everything is shipped with tracking. - Check your spam/bulk folder if you haven't recieved an email with tracking info.*

Returns:
I accept returns. Everything must be shipped back to me in a crush-proof box. Upon arrival back to me, I will check the item(s) recieved and give a refund if they're in the same condition as when they left me. I only give a refund for the item, NOT shipping. - Item(s) must be returned with a tracking number.
*Some items may not get a full refund (or No refund) if I had to pay to get them returned to me.*
This may include items that were refused, or returned because they weren't picked up from the post office, etc.
